Tall thin 8vo., rebound 1/4 calf over original marbled cloth; backstrip titled in gilt and ruled in blind; upper edge gilt, else untrimmed; with six striking full-page black and white illustrations by Lettice Sandford; THE BOOK very good with some rubbing to edges of cloth; internally also very good with some reinforcement to hinges, aside from a few small marks to pastedowns and very minor browning to the fore-edge, an excellent copy. The book is protected in a removable mylar cover. SOLE UK EDITION. Limited to 250 copies designed and produced by Christopher Sandford on British mould-made paper. This copy no. 80. Very scarce.
