The sole UK printing published by Incline Press, Oldham in 2005 (nd). Copy number '65' of an edition limited to only 200 copies printed on the Press's own making of Magnani using 11pt Bell type and Nineteenth Century wooden type ornaments. Original red cloth-backed patterned paper- covered boards, with a matching slipcase, printed paper labels to the front book cover and to the spine of the slipcase. Quarto, 10½" x 10¼", pp. [6] 54 with seven tipped-in illustrations and one tipped-in and tissue guarded autographed preparatory sketch by Chris Burke. Loosely inserted is the 4 page publisher's prospectus. The Book and Slipcase are in Fine condition. A very handsome production. Scarce.
