Published by Trevor Hickman at The Brewhouse Press in 1974, a complete set of the 13 Brewhouse Broadsheets. The Broadsheets include : 1) The Execution of a Bookbinder : James Cook, number 'O/S' of 75 copies, with a large coloured linocut by Rigby Graham, 1966. 2) Cave (Roderick) : The Dance of Death, number 149 of 150 copies, large linocut by Trevor Hickman, 1967. Nos. 3 &4) Hoy (Peter): Silence at Midnight [&] Silence a Minuit, each one of 200 copies, 1967. 5) Graham (R.) & T.Hickman. One Hour Less: A Bookbinder Dies from Gaol Fever, one of 200 copies, large colour lithograph by Graham, 1968. 6) Holt (Penelope) & Roger Payne: Bookbinder, one of 200 copies, 1969. 7) Graham (Rigby) :Paul Gauguin: Woodcutter and Private Printer, one of 200 copies, 1969 . 8) Potocki (Count, of Montalk) Myself as a Printer, one of 240 copies, 1970. 9) Graham (Rigby) : Monotypes, 1970. 10) Lord (John) William Blake: Private Printer, one of 300 copies, 1972. 11) Tucker (Alan) : Reading Games, one of 300 copies, 1973. 12) Stevens Cox (Gregory): The Earliest Books Printed in Germany, one of 300 copies, 1973. 13) Graham (Patricia) The Brewhouse at Wymondham, one of 90 copies, 1974. The Brewhouse Press Broadsheets numbered 1-13 are in near Fine condition. Mostly large single sheets folding to 4to, all with illustrations, many by Rigby Graham, the earlier nos. with a large illustration filling verso of folding sheet, all loose in original printed/pictorial folders, with the index of broadsheets loosely laid in which was given to those few subscribers who were in receipt of the complete sets. All housed together in the publisher's original morocco-backed board drop-back box by Trevor Hickman with pictorial sides by Rigby Graham, the spine titled in gilt, is a little bumped at the corners with a little spotting to the edges. Only 25 such boxes were issued ( Rigby Graham in Print : Van Eijk). Two Brewhouse Press flyers for 'Publications in print' are also loosely inserted. Very scarce with such attributes. A handsome production .
