A first edition, first printing published by Jonathan Cape in 1971 The BOOK is in near FINE condition being tight and free from inscriptions.The gilt titling is bright. Marvellous pink top stain still present with some dustiness.Appears unread.The scarce WRAPPER is in near FINE condition and complete.The spine is slightly browned and faded.The flaps have some mild browning spots .The wrapper looks very attractive in Brodart protective cover .A very scarce copy in such condition and one of Desmond Morris` early books .SIGNED by DESMOND MORRIS to the title page .Very scarce in such condition with such attributes - a wonderful copy.Please see other SIGNED Desmond Morris titles I am selling .
