8vo., 2 vols; 'Against the Law' in navy blue cloth, lettered and decorated in gilt to spine; unclipped pink, black and white dustwrapper (16s. net to front flap); 'The Wolfenden Report' in original blue wraps printed in black, containing numerous charts and tables; THE BOOKS both very good, some bumping to spine tips of Vol I, and previous ownership name in biro to ffep; Vol II with some light rubbing, creasing and marking, a little thumbed, with four small hole extending from the corners throughout the text; THE WRAPPER of Vol I very good, with some toning and marking, chipping to ends of folds and spine, and a couple of short closed tears; one tiny hole to the lower panel; neat tape repairs to verso. The book and wrapper are both protected in removable Brodart archival/mylar covers. FIRST UK EDITIONS. A wonderful set of incredibly important publications. Scarce.
